Our aim is to provide at an affordable cost and a good service in this unique accommodation and area for those in need. This subsidised holiday is open to charities their workers volunteers and beneficiaries and other qualifying groups e.g. low income families and other groups who find themselves in reduced circumstances.

The cottage is a 17th century listed building full of charm and character with original oak timbers, a large inglenook fireplace, and a unique wooden broad tread integral spiral staircase. It has a secluded lawned garden with roses and patio, which is ideal for sunbathing deck-chairs and loungers provided. Floor levels vary requiring some steps. The cottage is a 5 minute walk from the town centre and has free car parking 250 yards away.

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This subsidised holiday is open to charities their workers volunteers and beneficiaries and other qualifying groups such as carers of the elderly, teenagers, children, sick or disabled, other groups, ex service personnel, single parent families, low income households and families and those who find themselves in reduced circumstances and in need of a respite. 2. Once full payment has been received, which includes an additional £100 deposit per week, the booking will be confirmed. The deposit is refundable on the basis that there is no significant loss or damage as reported by the caretaker.

3. Payment is by immediate bank payment (including the deposit) by internet banking or at your banks local branch in both cases this service is free. At these low prices help us to help you to secure this subsidised holiday of your preferred chosen week by booking up to 6 months in advance.

4. Booking confirmation will be emailed to you plus arrival day instructions to follow. No holiday week will be reserved until payment is made in full. A copy of the booking confirmation email needs to be shown to our caretaker on day of arrival.

5. A 20% cancellation charge will apply to all booked holidays cancelled.

*All we ask of you is to look after the place for others to enjoy. Sorry no pets.
