We are a mental health charity focused on well being through art and activities run by people who had the experience and survived this is our 24th year. The group was initiated in 1998 by a group 5 artists in the Greenford area who experienced mental illness and was run by themselves and for others to use and we continue in this way today in 2007 the group became a registered charity. We find as a activities based group this stimulates conversations and breaks down peoples inhibitions along with world music played some tea and coffee a biscuits provided we supply also various art mediums, materials and equipment we have art coaches to help and encourage people with their art and expect people who attend to be willing to participate and to contribute a recommended donation. Over the years we have developed methods to bring creative art out of people and believe art as a form of self expression is very important to some people we hope the service we are offering will be of interest to you
